I deposited 100€ and I received a 100€ bonus. Next, they limited my account and my stakes, to keep out bonus wagering requirement from being satisfied. But I managed to do it, I won and my bonus was converted into real money (1’100€). At this point, they removed 1’000€ (real money, not bonus) from my account, because I won with the bonus. Furthermore, they hide the transaction where they removed my money.

Avoid these scammers!!!

Avoid!!! They pretend there’s a system error so you can’t withdraw any winnings and technical support never get back to you. Then contacted ‘customer services’ and they want all of your personal information, literally driving licence, front and back of credit card, bank statement with all 4 corners in view. Probably enough stuff to clone your information! £100 of winnings I’ll never get back. They need shutting down asap

The KYC is nothing more but a standard procedure used by every other online gambling entity. This process is in place only to assure the funds are transferred to the right owner and to prevent any fraudulent behavior. Bad experience

I deposited and didn’t receive a bonus so I contacted live support but I didn’t receive a reply. By the end I deposited £650 with no real return and got an emailed response the next day that asked me to deposit again and talk to live help to get the bonus. I tried live help but again it wasn’t available. in effect you aren’t going to get the bonus. My advice contact live help before you deposit if not available don’t deposit. I don’t know what you would need to do to withdraw?

transaction went through and my money and bonus funds were added.

Won amount on slots, no winnings credited to account, no live chat response

Won bonus game, game crashed half way through. Reloaded game and won 610 coins. Game crashed again, reloaded and no cash had been credited to my wallet. After waiting 25 minutes on chat with no response, decided i’d spin again hoping it’d launch bonus game. It didnt.

45 minutes later and no reply on chat still despite the casino supposedly offering “live chat” until 10pm (its 20:38 now).

Have never had a problem with NetEnt games on any other gambling site, so I can only assume that JetBull’s infrastructure is as bad as its live chat.

No live chat available no reply to emails. I have had a bet settled as lost where match was abandoned so should be void but no reply’s. Why advertise live chat when it doesn’t exist very poor will give it 24 hours and if no contact will report to ombudsman and gaming authorities.

Got an answer saying that they can only got one so will only give me £ 30 back…+ £15 for my 50% deposit bonus

these £45 came into bonus money so I could only use them on bet with odds greater then 2.0..

Dont think i ll ever see that other £30

Site goes down very frequently; they also claimed to have a payment issue, where it took over 2 weeks to receive my funds.

Shoddy customer service, they seem to also have only 1 person working for them, as my e-mails & live chat cases have been with the same person each time.

I put through my details for their offer and received it with all the basic tie ins. 30x wagering etc etc

I’ve managed to get through the KYC fine – sent my details and they turned it around fast enough.

I managed to get up to £46,000 now and I’m just gong through the withdrawal.

It’s a bit of a pain you can only withdraw in £2000 installments and only £5000 per day.

I withdrew my first £2000 at 00:00 today and I’m just waiting for it to go through processing – hopefully it all goes very smooth – will be happy to update once all monies received to hopefully dispel any of the bad ratings here.
